Bitterness often feels like a justified response when we have been deeply wounded, but bitterness has a cunning way of turning its strength against us. Its roots find way into every inch of our life, sabotaging healthy relationships. Learn how to extract it from your life and to become free from the chains that bind you to a painful past.
Psalm 10:14 But you, God, see the trouble of the afflicted; you consider their grief and take it in hand.
The victims commit themselves to you; you are the helper of the fatherless. NLT

Haven’t watched the video yet but will. Just your written introduction catches my attention. Once again, it looks like The Lord will use you to give me enlightenment.

Oh Nichole, I pray that He would give you His moment by moment grace to walk the pathway toward wholeness. May you know His confident hope and complete peace.

We actually did this in my last Life Group “A Confident Heart by Renee Swope”. In one of the lessons it tells you to write down past hurts and then to pray about them with God turning them over to Him. I did this and what a difference! When those things pop into my mind I know I’ve given them to God and they don’t bother me any more. What an awesome feeling!!!
